currently $120.00 per
month,

billed
quarterly. That fee
includes
use of the Laundromat,
Clubhouse,

residents

as well,

will vary
depending
on usage.
Each site
has its
own
electric
meter and

is $18.00 a month for 57+

Other
expenses
include the cost of
leasing or
renting the lot and
putting your RV or Park Model Mobile home in place unless you purchase an
existing home. Each site has full hook-ups for water and sewer, telephones
and cable TV.
Almar Acres is
classified
as a nine
(9) month
extended
Stay Park
under
Riverside
County
Ordinance
#348. No
member may
use this
park as a
permanent
address.
Almar Acres
is an adult
retirement community for persons 55 years
of age or older.
There are year round
maintenance personnel that maintain the park in
tip-top,
ready to
enjoy condition. There are
additional guidelines that the Almar Acres Association Board of Directors will
be glad to discuss with you if you are interested in
leasing or
renting!

only. Almar Acres is an
adult retirement community, and while
people that own RV's do stay here, there is no general public camping available.
All lots are
perpetually
leased by members who want a guaranteed place to stay
when they 'fly south for the winter'.

period of
